In an effort to correct the mistake done on the series’ sale presentation clip for making the villain look a little too “cute” to be evil, TVB took extra measurements at the costume fitting.
Let’s play “Find Gallen”. Can you find him in the photos? If not, chance is TVB has outdone itself in the art of disguise. Here’s the hint: look for the goatee! The goatee, as horrid as it may as well be, is still less unflattering than that grandpa-like sweater underneath the heavy winter jacket. May this look last for less than the length of the whole drama.
How traumatizing! Luckily, there are still the classy Jamie, the beautiful Kenix, and the charming Ray to ease my pain. Especially Kenix! Her hair is just so lovely!

Haha. we can mourn together! Let’s hope this is not the final look…villainous = to acting…not = to facial hair! What is TVB thinking? Why are they making two perfectly attractive guys…so strange looking?
Haha. they’re brothers…maybe the hairiness runs in the family! haha. I really am truly excited about this series! I’m glad Gallen came back after WADLAC…cuz this is what a Gallen series should be like!

Thanks for dropping by! I actually liked Gallen’s look. I think it is different and he looks cool! However, I don’t know why Ma Ming had to have a mustache. I guess goatee + mustache = evil brothers! Ha ha ha…
Kenix’s long wavy hair doesn’t seem fitted for a lawyer, but it I am looking forward to watching her.

I was bored driving home from work in slow pre-Thanksgiving traffic, so I came up with a plot to explain away our hairy case. I think the facial hairs do make Kenneth and Gallen look a bit European, so they may start off the series living somewhere abroad.
Now Kenneth can be an artist whose art is yet to earn him a living, so he lives with his older brother, the real evil conman. Something really bad must happen to the younger brother - a huge dept, an accident, a gang-related dispute got out of hand - and forces either the older brother or both of them to plot a risky plan including impersonating someone in order to break into a wealthy family in HK. Kenneth, therefore, may just be evil by association.
Now, the “evil brothers” may even know the real second son of that family - a loser of sort who must have left the family for a long while, long enough for his family to be quite vague of how he should look. What should become of that person when our conman impersonates him, I refuse to think!

In the vid she says, th most happy thing about this series is that i get to work with Gallen, he just got a goatee…isnt he handsome..??

i saw paul chun in one of them…buddy hugginh ray..i thought he wasnt in it?? but i wouldnt mid if he is…i think paul’s had a series with almost all of them

Not only that we have Paul Chun, we also have Wu Fung who is another of my favorite “Dad figures” in TVB series. Wu Fung was Gallen’s “Dad” in “Secrets of the Heart”, the series you mentioned in the earlier post. And then there is the hilarious Benz Hui whose chemistry with Gallen is undeniable! Did I say hilarious? Well, I cried during that scene of WADLAC where Benz took a photo of Gallen, knowing so well (but couldn’t admit) that the later was about to die…
We’re talking about our latest TVB Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, aren’t we? 
We don’t know which one of these “Dads” will have close relationship with Gallen this time, but every single one of them is fantastic!
You’re right about Paul. He has co-starred with almost all of the cast members!

lolz..ahh i adore Benz too!! he’s soo freaking hilarious…. hey..maybe if paul is really in this..then..Paul & Nancy is his loving foster parents..and Benz & Angelina play his greedy parents?
…i think gallen is having more of a mother relationship this time..it said so in that magazine….how he’s torn between greed and the love he gets from his family..but like as we know..ray hates him…anita yuen is more of a romantic relationship with him…and well..if they own a business/ bank..most likely the father isnt the type to nurture his child as much… then again..im just guessing all of this..lol
Wu Fung…i wonder what he plays here..maybe Kenix’s Dad..or Grandpa? i have a feeling there’s going to be some dancing in this series..lols

I really like your idea of Gallen’s character having two sets of parents, one kind and the other greedy, haha… But again, just like you said, I don’t think there would be any “Dad” for him at all. The father of that family will most likely be left out, or removed soon, to give ways to the battles of the two sons. 
I did mean “we have Paul Chun in this series” when I said “we have Paul Chun”

teehee..i love guessing game!! lolz..and from the sales presentation clip..i actually thought that gallen was gonna take everything from ray..so like ray would appear to be the bad son…when in reality gallen is the real bad one..and scheming all those stuff…
btw..i rewatched sales..lol..and gallen is cute/charming..lolz…his little walk with the CG buildings…sigh..do u know if gallen has a blog?? i wanna check up on the series…but the ones who arent playing lead..dont seem to have a blog…-_-;;;
